Where does my sample get tested?
Your sample goes directly to the lab you choose. Samples are collected by certified phlebotomists and transported in temperature-controlled conditions to the lab's NABL-certified facility.
Do you charge extra fees on top of lab prices?
No. You pay lab rates or lower — we negotiate volume discounts and pass them on. There are no hidden platform or convenience fees.
How do I get my reports?
Reports are sent digitally via WhatsApp and email as soon as the lab releases them — typically 6 to 24 hours depending on the lab and tests.
