Appointment Cancellation
Users may request cancellation before:
- Home sample collection has occurred, or
- Laboratory processing has begun.
Cancellation requests can be submitted through customer support.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if:
- The appointment is cancelled before sample collection.
- The requested service cannot be provided.
- Duplicate payment has been made.
- A booking was made due to a technical error.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued if:
- Sample collection has been completed.
- Testing has commenced.
- Reports have been generated.
- Incorrect information was provided by the customer.
- The customer fails to be available at the scheduled collection time.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.
Failed Transactions
In cases where payment is deducted but booking confirmation is not received, customers should contact support. After verification, refunds will be initiated where applicable.
